WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?

Free Shipping

We offer free 3-Day shipping on all domestic orders.

Once your order is packed and labeled, an email confirmation will be delivered to you, the customer, through your email used for the order. Orders placed before 3pm will be delivered and shipped same day. Any orders placed after 4pm will be shipped next day. If urgent shipping is needed, please call (973) 294-5124 and will ensure all options are taken to get your Smart Swing to you on time! International Orders will not receive free shipping at the moment.

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

We offer worldwide shipping. Free 3-Day shipping is not valid on international orders.

Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

If an order will be delayed, the customer will be notified through email and an updated delivery date will be provided. Note: that our 3 day shipping policy is not a guarantee by any means. Due to today's logistical challenges, delays may occur at unexpected times.
